Electrician for Västervik Miljö & Energi AB

Västervik Miljö & Energi AB is now looking for a driven and hands-on electrician who wants to help develop our local grid. Here, you will work with preparation and planning for reconstruction and new construction in a 0.4/10 kV network consisting of both cables and overhead lines.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will consist of preparation and planning for reconstruction and new construction in our local network. You will work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues and suppliers. The network, which is a 0.4/10 kV network, contains both cables and overhead lines that we largely build and operate with our own staff. The work involves extensive contact with suppliers, authorities, landowners, and naturally with our installers. In the long term, you will also be part of our emergency response team.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a university or high school education with a focus on electrical power. If you have previous experience in practical electrical work, we consider this an advantage. Since we work with several different computer systems, computer literacy is a requirement.

It is also important that you have the ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing. In addition to the basic requirements, we place great emphasis on your personality and how you function in a team with other people. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, service-oriented, and enjoys working in a team as well as independently.
